Collaborating with SMEs and Instructional Design

Worked with subject matter experts using backwards design and the Dick and Carey Model to storyboard and create asynchronous, self-paced learning modules based on training previously given in in-person workshops.

I worked to ensure each module was assigned outcomes and activities and assessments were aligned and appropriate to the outcome, as well as engaged learners in inclusive learning strategies.
